Thank you visiting my site and taking the time to learn a little about me! I’m a second generation Realtor (my mother, Carol Linehan, has been a top producing agent in NH and MA for over 38 years!). I have been helping buyers and sellers navigate all facets of residential real estate since 2014.
I love the ever-changing world of real estate and I enjoy helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. I treat every client as if it were my own home purchase. My background:
After running a successful, award winning photography and invitation studio, I decided to make the leap into real estate. It wasn’t a huge leap as I grew up helping my mom look through the MLS books, which were printed only once a week (and yes, I’m dating myself here)! Now you can view homes right from your smart phone and sign contracts from your couch! Times have changed and we’re more efficient than ever, but service, experience, and personal relationships are still paramount. I want my clients to know unequivocally, that I always have their best interests at heart.
I’m a fierce negotiator, outgoing, fun, experienced, and honest. When I’m not negotiating offers or behind the camera, you’ll find me on the seacoast of NH & ME renovating something or hanging out with my husband Tony and two golden retrievers, Corlie and Sadie.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Keene State College and a Masters of Arts in Criminal Justice from Boston University.
